Catalog Configuration: FirstCall

The FirstCall catalog is entirely web based and requires no installation. Users that wish to have the catalog configured should contact their local O’Reilly team member.
Provides fast part lookups using category/subcategory, job lists, part number, description look-up, and keyword searches.
Enabling FirstCall Catalog Functionality
The FirstCall catalog functionality is turned on by using Setup / Special Maintenance / Toggle Catalog Availability while at the home splash screen, this must be done prior to configuring a vendor record.
The catalog is accessed from the FirstCall button on the Order screen.
The user must first create a vendor record in Manager by clicking on Setup/Vendor Setup. Use the Setup menu item from the top of the screen, not the Setup button. Once the vendor record is created, click on Setup Link and choose ‘’Setup FirstCall Link’. Fill out the appropriate values.
